My 8-week exercise plan is designed to help moms reconnect with their core post-baby, it focuses on gradual progression and emphasizes core stability, strength, and flexibility.
The program begins with gentle core exercises and deep breathing techniques to promote awareness of core muscles. As participants advance, the plan incorporates no-impact movements such as pelvic tilts, modified planks, and bridge exercises, which can be performed both at home and in a group setting.
